the connection with your guide and higher Self is very important right now so you can receive information on what is right for you at this time. this will also help in the process toward ascension where we are bringing in all our spiritual bodies into the physical. And we are going from a 7 chakra system to a 12 chakra system, we need to have all 7 chakras cleared, balanced and open to do this.
